This recording happens to be my favorite of all recordings made on this drift. While walking I walked over some ice and it crackled. So, for this recording I held the mics down by the ice while slowly sliding my feet over the ice and making it crackle. I especially like this sound because in my opinion it sounds like a fire crackle as well.
